Can’t attend an in-person event? Participate in the Virtual 5k – Anywhere USA or the World!

Check an individual run/walk to see if it is timed/certified 5k or a fun run. Events will offer family-friendly activities, incentivized fundraising, and an opportunity for people to gather to celebrate ostomy awareness.

The Virtual Ostomy 5k is Saturday, October 5, 2019. Celebrate Ostomy Awareness Day with your own 5k (3.1 miles) at your favorite place to run or walk! You can even run/walk on a treadmill. Organize your family, friends or support group into a team to join you on your virtual run/walk.

All events benefit United Ostomy Associations of America, Inc. (UOAA), a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. ostomy.org
